..in all seriousness they may have been somewhat blindsided by MAY going unconditional and getting a few more % in votes...also almost no doubt MAY are trying to squeeze a higher distribution so probably all sorts of negotiations going on behind the scenes ...slowing the process down...not too mention Corona as a new element...
