Seriously? There is no history of anything nefarious. There's nothing illegal about deferring a meeting where something would be agreed to, which seems to be what Cara was implying. Nothing to say that it was they are doing though.
Clearly there is a lot of work being done to determine the size of the discovery and best plan of attack to test it. With nearly 300m of pay not reaching the 9% porosity cutoff I'd imagine that they'll be planning a pretty significant stimulation program to test a few sands ahead of the Odin drill.
