I hear wrt timing of the meeting .
MEL might delay the meeting until after a catalyst re BYE or Valli but they are committed to the distribution and can not delay indefinitely.
Imo they would lose credibility with SH's if they canceled it completely unless they could put forward a very compelling argument .
