I think you're underestimating the fact in Canada you are allowed to commence development mining before your full EIS is approved. Once you've done your bulk sampling, which Atrum are fully funded for, they will be able to commence mining up to 250,000 tonnes per annum under a reduced small scale mining licence, this gets them earning cash flow by late next year with full scale production by 2016 as previously guided.

The large capex that you're speculating on to get them earning revenue is a figment of your imagination or lack of research.
