This company has never successfully executed any project...

This company has never successfully executed any project timeline/critical path in its history - let alone part of one - what makes this management think they are any different, and to actually think telling the market we intend to execute our strategy as we have conveyed to our owners (shareholders) is price sensitive? Is it because they have never actually done it before?! Shouldn't the content of this announcement just be business as usual?

It would absolutely be price sensitive if they announced to the market they actually have achieved a milestone of a strategy within the proposed timeframe!.

Actually making any, any progress in value creation on any resource would be price sensitive!!!I doubt the market would know what to do with itself...

These announcements are not needed - the market knows that if they don't come back in 6 months and say we successfully did this, and this, and have these partnerships and have created this value, then its game over.
