    Why bother, this is pointless. Remember if the Litigant loses their are costs by teh defendant to reimburse. Often with my experience in litigation, the largest pot of gold noramlly wins. I cant see little ATU out lasting the Alberta Government.

    Focus money. time and effort on a restart in anaother jurisdictioan and move forward.
