    I'm confused by this line:

    "In addition as part of the Court action Atrum is seeking recovery from BC Anthracite of the tenements it has acquired."

    I would have thought this was a simple case of who owns the tenement - Atrum or BC Anthracite. Or is it not that simple? The word "recovery" implies that it was taken from them ..
