Two major court actions?

Obviously one of them is Atrum suing Russell and Gino ... forgive my mind for going blank, but what is the other one? Resource Eye vs West Hawk? The one where they can't even get Atrum added as a defendant? Where the total claim is $250k USD?

As for the most recent case - CGT vs Atrum, they're shaking the money tree for $436k USD. Not exactly a "major" worry for a company that currently has $3m AUD in cash, and is about to have another $3m CAD.

Litigation is unfortunately just a cost of doing business these days.
