I wonder what was the profitability of ATS before its recent problems.
The price of acquisition (3 m$ for 6 m$ of revenues) does not look that cheap for a business which went into administration and needs 12 to 24 months to restore profitability (source : Con Scrinis in a recent interview).
Interesting to compare with their previous acquisition (Glowing Structure, lighting design consultancy).
They paid a similar price (54 % of revenues), but there was a major difference in term of profitability (Glowing Structure had an EBITDA margin of 23 %).
