yes it seems we do and that's probably why (presumption here) the SP moved up (FOMO)
I've seen this happen to just about every stock that have been 'promoted' that way on HC
as far I am concern I wait and watch as prices always come back down
if I was a moderator I would penalise HC for "pump and dump" as people get sucked in bad...
