I appreciate the reply but if
"retail investors are often excluded from discounted placements" why didn't management make this one of those exceptions? Including the 13.3m options what are the costs of raising this $1.9m? What would it have cost to do a Rights Issue and or SPP?
@Paccman Answer these questions and spell it out in plain English!
I have just spent the last hour scouring the internet. 10 min to find numerous ASX announcements of Co's raising much less through SPP's. Then another 50 min in legislative regulations on the matter and find nothing too prohibitive cost wise.
So answer in plain English as this 65yo head with a year 10 education, is aching so much I had to stop reading the Corps Act.
