    Possibly - low doc deals can be done pretty cheaply, as many smaller companies other than ATV seem to achieve...

    I just don't see why you would then double down and kick retail and other non-participating shareholders with a much bigger cost through the economic dilution of free options to mates and insiders. The deal stinks and is an epic failure of basic governance.
