If SP went up above 10 cps and raising was done for a posible quick available growth, a mere 40m new shares @ 10c will contribute substantially
for embedding ( deploying) technology and a will result in a significant rise in future long term revenue followed by a rerate.

Have noticed there is a seller who is wishing to sell down but not to desperate.
