ActivePort sells its software via three channels, Telco, MSP and Enterprise:

The Radian Arc contract has ActivePort being installed in 36+ Telcos right now so the revenue opportunity is significant.

The 1,000 ports in the MSP space has a TCV of ~$1.8M over 36 months. It will compound like Megaport's port revenue does over time.

The two enterprisse deals signed to-date total ~$3.5M and thats in just 6 months .The sales pipeline of $1M+ opportunities is significant.

The services business booked a large order in December that skewed the revenue across the halves that is probably the cause of your variance on the downside but overall the services units are tracking well in both revenue and earnings.

There will be a call next week for anyone keen to dig deeper so feel free to join. Robust analysis and questioning always helps everyone test their assumptions.
