The Atwood Achiever will need to travel approx 9700nm (shipping lane calcs) from Sth Korea to Casablanca via Singapore and Suez. (yes...the canal can easily handle this ship!). Excluding any stops, this will take between 36 and 40 days at average 10-11knts (probable top cruising speed 13,5 - 14knts). However, they will likely stop in Singapore to offload some shipyard/shakedown crews and take on fuels etc; 2 days. So should arrive end of 3rd week of October. 5-7 days load, 2-3 days to site, 2 days set up and 2 days contingency suggests Gargaa could spud by end of first week in Nov.
So the announcement seems to check out.
