atwood oceanics also have already delivered to Noble the first of these type of rigs built in korea some 3months or more ago and so I no doubt believe the second one will be less problematic ( if any) given they have already had a real life mobilisation and commenced drilling with the first - all very handy for kosmos and PVD I suspect - but good point in that any problems will be sorted in first hole by kosmos and not on PVD,s account!!
