it looks like CTR was always in on it,they did not want to fund it completley through RRS because at the time they did not have the funds,DO a deal with CTR take managment into rrs and use ctr shareholders to fund the drilling then move it all back to RRS with the millions of cheap shares.This is were it can backfire on them..at the general meeting.....,will we have enough time to stop this.
