the technical resistance will be less than i normally would expect imo
reason i think that is small caps across the board have been on a downtrend for ~6 months - though obv some like BUD dipped much earlier
If i look across that space now there are many stocks starting to show signs of levelling out.
I think we are about to see a rotation into small caps as investors seek value thats less connected to index beta
BUD's intrinsic story now is nothing short of eybrow raising at a cashflow delivery level - that will flip sellers to lt holders in a way a purely technical chart turnaround would not
will depend on what mgt say about margin/sale/cash burn vs receipt
as always outcome will depend on what the market makers decide
but if they take the foot off the stock Id say the human participants still holding after 18 months are largely going to stay holders in a way non cashflow story improvement wouldnt cause
you can see posters already showing this mindset.
though of course the largest investors from ipo/first 3months still holding will do some portfolio derisking as they get the chance
my 2c.
