Hopefully the amount of information and also support provided for the PEB test results has given Novitas pause for thought and more careful appraisal. I am still being prepared for a negative decision as Novitas seems reluctant or incapable of understanding the nature and quality of the PEB tests. However, I am pleased that Novitas is making the effort to consider the material as it should have to justify its decision. So, at the moment the delay is a positive sign which provides a glimmer that there is a chance of a positive outcome.
