Would assume PFS mid 22. Another 6-9 months for DFS so early 2023, another few months to lock in finance and make FID, 12-14 months construction. At a guess I would say Q3-4 2024 as first production would be a pretty aggressive timeline. Unfortunately these things take time to do properly
