Definitely cheaper than 12% interest for a couple of years plus 300M options to buy at 3c in 2027. How could it not be???
Price has already been negotiated at a big premium to current pricing in the area.
Who else is gonna buy it at that price? Nobody. And if current owner can get more use out of it and still get a huge price.....
Everyone will have a different opinion of course but you havent said anything to change mine.
