We still need to figure out a way to raise the $10M odd to pay the properties by early June. I am sure they are working on that now and we will hear news on this in the next couple of weeks.

Anyway, nice to see some buyers returning and the sell side not outnumbering for once!

Yeh a bit more would of been nice and strange they didnt get it all at once.

I got a feeling owners of property are happy to delay payment and do woteva they are doing with the land, until we actually need the land.
No point buying somin and paying interest for it until you actually need it - I would be delaying that for as long as possible We already know its a done deal. Could even offer a bit extra, cheaper.
Not sure why rveryones been bangin on about payment being delayed - thenlonger the better.
