not likely
2 why do they need to raise 10$ million if vision and others are backing them.with 130 million$.
sounds like they are witholding funds until...?
but Vision agreed 40 million upon the other 90 million being found.
so other 90 million must still be an MOU.
when are things to be Crystallized.?
