I agree that when you have a losing stock with a questionable future you need a plan of action. Choose a time frame and a goal. If it doesn't reach that goal stop hoping and praying to get your money back. Take what is left and invest elsewhere. Maybe then you can make back some of your losses in a better stock.

If you don't need the money and like to gamble then just shelve your holdings and focus on better things :-)
