Haven't participated in many SPP, does this one have a cap on the dollar instead of a cap based on the number of shares held at record date? Does this mean if I hold 1 share, I can subscribe for up to $30,000 worth of shares? Is one guaranteed to get the amount of shares they subscribed for (assuming it is under $30,000)?
