Will have to wait and see it to believe it, I wonder what the "commercial" issues are that NFC hasn't completed their obligation? If it's not a legal or government approval thing then we only have two conclusions we can draw. Either NFC don't have the money, or they do and think that they can continue to stall and delay to somehow manufacture a better deal for themselves. Either way it's time for GBZ management to show them the door at the end of March.
