    I don't they wanted to do a CR at these levels, I believe it has something to do with the dept funding, if I haven't got a crack at the CR tgen I would be glad to get a chance if the SP dumps. we retail holders will never get a chance at a good discount unless we buy bulk, so at market it is, I'm happy with that.
