IMO this announcement represents a significant milestone for Audax and demonstrates that they have found solid support for their 'story' and the assets.
Great deal for ADX, terms are in our favour imo
I can only take things on face value and Wolfman appears to have integrity, no reason to believe WER wont come thru with the goods.
Equity facility will enable ADX to bid with confidence on Romanian assets and will allow funding for production should Sambucca be the real deal
