What it means is that he can effortlessly issue shares, maybe at 12, then 15, the 20, then 30 cents ps. Or if it be so, at 12, then 10, then 8, then 5, then 4.
At FACE VALUE it means this money pot entity has left themselves totally hostage to a bipolar bunch of traders to set their buying price, for a measly 5% discount. The only way someone would do that is with "other peoples money", and even then they would appear rather stupid imho.
When something doesn't add up folks??? sniff a little more. This doesn't look face value to me.
You"ll get your drill imho, but at what price?
