They aren't even backing down too much aha still has a price target below it's trading. Changed to neutral is a sign of it's tail between it's legs. Still think someone incentive him to put a very negative report out a week or so from reporting date to drum up some fear which worked since it went from $17.70 to $15.15 on a week....
