I agree. It's a tough call. Imagine paying the cap gain tax and never buying back in again because it only fell to say $17.... too horrible to imagine.
I have already made this mistake with AD8. I sold my capital raise shares for 13.60 or so and waited to buy them back at 12.50 or so. Still waiting...
