Never understood this ex-post deterministic view (as if it was clear from the outset). AD8 itself will be a ten-bagger (from here) in a few years (say 5). And the uncertainty is probably less now (given the video signs). There are plenty in ASX now (for example: MIN whose Iron ore business is worth 3 times its current market cap).

The issue is that you do/did not have enough conviction to put everything in it. And you do not have other opportunities (e.g., FDV in which you are already invested). It is the nature of the probabilistic/uncertain world and our tendency to simplify things ex-post (as if it were doomed to go this way).
