AD8 was on "The Call" yesterday with Gaurav Sodhi, who has been a long term holder of the stock.
He is always able to put forward a succinct bull case to which I've paraphrased a number of key points:
- Profit line completely meaningless right now as long as the Co. has cash flow to wash its face.
- Dante continues to increase the lead over competitors- it really is a category killer.
- The Dante protocol is now in all major hardware devices and so as the Company develops a software layer to sit over the top this will improve margin profile, capital intensity and growth.
I think he is right in saying AD8 is on the way to being a monopoly business.
