Perhaps we can take out a book on what the Corporate Governance issue is that the 249Ds are so concerned about that they would bring the company to its knees but not want all shareholders to know.

What is the issue?

1 The company has not erected a statue in honour of Kevin Joseph

2 The company has not erected a statue in honour of Ian Whiteley

3 The company has not started an animal husbandry practice in Kogi State lifting the quality of life for all Nigerians (as this is more important than developing the first Nigerian cast steel plant)

4 The company does not have proportional board representation (this is what they want as they think they deserve particular representation at the board level)

5 Don Carroll is not very nice to us (which is odd as he is nice to everyone)

6 Ian Whiteley should be on the board and then there would be no Corporate Governance issues

7 Ian Whiteley should be on the board as he would give every shareholder a free Sunny Boy, Razz or Glugg because that is how companies were run in the 60's
