@hoofa fully agree. They have somewhat alluded to the ground works of vision by rolling out the 3 pillars for growth, but are short on specific direction and where they see the business in the next 2-5years and beyond. With their company culture and motivation, I'm sure they have some internal targets and goals, probably even a vision. Wouldn't hurt for shareholders to be on board with it.

@cc, seeing a growing uptake in the Netsuite space as a portion of total ERP in recent years, any acquisitions could well enhance this total further. JCS had been pretty flat from 2014-17, we've only really seen a lift in financials/metrics (albeit at a net level partially offset by the declining TEMs business) the past couple years.

I'm confident with the skin in the game, the foundation in place, that they'll give this Asia venture a pretty good nudge
