As you don't really expect an answer and I do not know the answer, I would say the deal is either failed or put on ice as mining and steel companies around the world are too busy covering their backsides these days to worry about baby deals like APG. Some say if Glencore fails, it may trigger a series of global failures and we may see GFC 2.
We all know that it is very difficult for small companies with no track record of success to win big deals. We just hope that one day it will happen. I am just as much a mushroom as most other shareholders but I think this SPP and the convertible notes if successful will save the company and we can continue to enjoy the hope.
