They certainly need to improve the platform. They don't even have conditional orders, which is a necessity for most traders/investors.

The only thing that makes it appealing is the flat-fee trades. Besides that, no one would be using the platform. If a competitor came along and matched the flat-fee trades, they would blow SWF out of the water. Flat-fee trades will be commonplace in the not too distant future, which will render the only selling point of SWF useless.
