really a story akin to watching the keystone cops.
The whole buy back thing at 14cps ish whilst sitting on a court loss of $80m they can not afford.
So they convert shares at 2.2cps when they did not have to and the SP was 17 cps.
They then do a buy back of shares at 14 cps.
Now if they survive they will do a capital raise at.........4-5 cps at this rate.
The whole things laughable and a lot of the decision making appears to be looking after large insto SHers......one of which took the buy back opportunity to sell out......what a surprise.
I wonder what investorjackson thinks........be interesting if he can find some positive spin on the situation.
I wonder if he still thinks the markets are stupid given even BRL management are indicating there is a chance they are kaput
