Thankyou for all the comments. I really like the balanced debate on this SDV thread compared to other stocks on HC. The lack of chairman / Board equity ownership is definitely a concern. On the flip side I do not know another business that is cash breakeven / profitable and growing over 60% whilst valued at only 0.6x revenue.
The three things I would love to see in next 12 months are
(1) Continued growth above 35% (FY24 revenue of $120m or more
(2) EBITDA of +100% (FY24 of $8.2m+)
(3) Chairman / Board Member buy stock (or even taking their fees in equity instead of cash)
If this 3 things happen I believe it is a $120m company (1.0x revenue) and the share price more than doubles
There is obviously a lot of water to go under the bridge before that happens….
