We can only guess but it is usual for growing businesses to be capital intensive as they need to add plant or other equipment.
If there is a facility already in place it allows SDV to move quickly if required and have some flexibility in how it operates..
Like others here, I too believe SDV has gotten to a point where it can develop into quite a large business.
I admit being sceptical at times, specially the new management after Lewis Utting left.
