Schoolboy errors on the part of CW and MS , in my opinion, for having no pre-strip before going into production. It has taken the best part of a year to rectify this. The only reason they decided to take this short cut was so that they could show a gold dore bar at the Cape Town mining conference in February 2023. It is a shame that this happened as I helped Caigen raise seed capital a few years before and still respect the man. I much prefer management to have "out of the money" options rather than performance shares.
