With CW's record of transforming TIE from explorer to producer, one can argue he could have easily asked for $350k+ p.a as MD. Yet he opted for a mere $200k salary to minimise executive outgoings. As FH (chair of TIE) stated, CW is one of the most hardworking executives in the game with huge array of networks in Cote d'Iovre. By implementing attractive performance hurdles, this will incentivise the board in transforming Aurum into a successful gold producer within circa 5 years (as in the case for TIE). These milestone performance rights seem to align well with long term supporting shareholders in generating value going forward. IMO only
