Agree with those sentiments Sime because timelines set on performance shares put pressure on top management to cut corners. Remember the gold bar show especially for the 121 in Cape Town 2023 from the Abujar project held by Tietto. Looked good at first sight but the fact that pre-stripping had not taken place was a disaster. Why not have 3 year options at a 50c/60c strike price ? Too many ASX listed companies are on the performance share bandwagon .and need to look no further than Mallee Resources and AVZ amongst others.
