All I know is Mark Creasy has a holding company and at various times he has sold the interest to third parties who he thinks has a decent chance of proving up a resource. Or he does JVs. He has repeatedly said prospecting successfully is a numbers game, and it is.
He should know, his estimated worth is just shy of a billion AUD.
I'm not saying AUD is going to repeat the equivalent of Leonora discovery or the AZS discoveries. But there is always the chance it may do something similar. People have different ways of assessing the chances of success but always assuming the worst is one way of avoiding risk. I also think you may get reward by taking on risk.
