Not quite sure what your point is. mine is the taking of money for a suspect chance of success. shares would have been more appropriate or better still options to reflect the risk. we may be 3rd in application but how many are actually in application. 3 ? 15? companies. looks to me like a desperate ploy to salvage some $ at shareholders expense.
