due to his holding in this company being of far greater value than the assets he is consolidating mathematical consideration would indicate a move to access a capital market for development costs on what he believes is good ground
he wouldnt tank a bigger bag in a public company to save pennies on a private one
so the question i would ask is has he been involved in gold development before ?
