I think we have to go on the bare facts and not fear, and keep our heads. Moving assets out of private holding into public or from one source to another is likely to mean he wants to raise capital and make things happen. Partnerships seem to be the intention. You wouldn't sell off an asset you aren't at least quantifying in a meaningful sense.

If enough air drilling (which is cheaper obviously) shows enough decent targets to go deeper the game shifts. Partners.
Don't forget the macro situation for gold. In the next 6 months things are really going to move.

(BTW just for the record, I have never met Rodan nor communicated with him in any way. IDK where the fantasy theories come from with some of the ppl in here. But like you, I look at the prospectivity of each situation. And I'm a straight shooter.)

mathematical consideration would indicate a move to access a capital market for development costs on what he believes is good ground

he wouldnt tank a bigger bag in a public company to save pennies on a private one

so the question i would ask is has he been involved in gold development before ?
