BTW take a look at the presos for some of those other companies where you see BR in action. I hadn't linked them because some fool is likely to take it as cross promotion.

However I take note of subtle things like how respectful Board members and senior executives are to employees because it signifies emotional intelligence and that's how you build effective teams, not resentful and angry ones. Thats where the analogies to Chris Ellison break down. Ellison started to fall in love with himself, and disrespect others and that's a massive danger to everyone involved.
