so whats the REAL reason why this is trading so far below $1.57 book value? does the market not believe their management to be good or their fees could go up? yet another LIC im watching PL8 is constantly trading above NTA, what gives here?
will this trade near book value any time soon?
are the divvies at least here fairly safe or is even this a risk?
