Not to be a cynic buuuut... if Count financial deem it appropriate to "dump" metric positions very loudly and announce it through AFR and other news outlets while also no meeting with metrics. I'd be cautious reacting to it. I'm always of the mind that these funds work (pay for) the news cycles to shape the narrative in order to shape the markets one way or another. For what purpose we'll likely not be privy.
Of course they could be operating with integrity and are genuinely concerned about the state of private Credit.... buuuut...bankers seldom move in straight lines.
